DESCRIPTION:Help Students Discover Their Future at Career Exploration Day!\n\nThe Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce is excited to announce our annual Career Compass Exploration Day at Mammoth High School\, taking place on Tuesday\, October 22. This is the second year we are hosting this event\, and we are thrilled to continue providing valuable career insights to our high school students\, but we need the BUSINESS COMMUNITY'S help (just an hour of your time)!\n\n\n\nEvent Industries:\n\n\n	Government\, Tourism\, Hospitality & Restaurant Industry: Students will learn about exciting careers in hotels\, restaurants\, and tourism at all levels.\n	STEAM Careers: Students will discover opportunities in Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, Arts and Mathematics with hands-on demonstrations and expert discussions.\n	Medical\, Dental\, & Mental Health Careers: Rewarding careers in healthcare\, including medical\, dental\, and mental health fields will be explored.\n	Construction\, Airport Operations\, Mammoth Mountain & Heavy Equipment Operation: Students can get an inside look at careers in construction\, airport management\, and operating heavy machinery.\n\n\nWhat to Expect:\n\n\n	Interactive Sessions: Professionals will lead\, engaging industry-specific sessions.\n	Mock Interviews: Interview skills will be put into practice with real-world employers.\n\nTo make this a successful day we need people from the business community to come and be presenters or help out with the mock interviews. Please fill out the survey link above if you'd like to participate to be either a presenter or\, a mock interviewer or\, both!\n\nJoin us for a day of inspiration\, learning\, and networking as students explore potential career paths and prepare for their future that could be with your business.
