With the new Ikon Pass\, we know we will be experiencing a huge influx of visitors that have never been to Mammoth Lakes. Providing excellent customer service is imperative. \n\n\n\n\nThat is why we are providing three customer service training sessions on November 13 and 14 with guest speaker Dave Meltzer\, CEO of Sports 1 Marketing. \n\n \n\nJoin us Tuesday\, November 13 from 12-2pm for the Management Customer Service Training session for owners\, managers and supervisors. The cost of the session is $20 for members and $30 for non-members and includes lunch. Please register online at www.mammothlakeschamber.org/events.
