You will also be learning foot massage and stretching techniques. Lastly you will be receiving a glorious sound bath with alchemy singing bowls\, which are infused with earth elements. \n\nThis experience is meant to elevate your self care practice with community\, allow you to show up for yourself\, celebrate the new moon\, and work directly with nature's gifts. \n\n \n\n- Open to all levels and experiences \n\n- Modifications for any health concerns or injuries will be made \n\n- Please bring your favorite comfy props (blanket\, pillow\, yoga mat\, eye covering\, etc.) and a mug to sip warm tea!
