In honor of Women's Health Month\, we'll be focusing this month's discussion on women's health by addressing lifestyle factors such as nutrition\, exercise\, mindfulness\, and social support.\n\n\n\nLight lunch will be provided. \n\n\n\nAbout Our Speakers\n\nCasey Michel grew up in the Eastern Sierra and now heads Nutritional Services at Mammoth Hospital as a Registered Dietician.  With experience working as a sports dietitian and exercise physiologist for Spartan Performance and Spartan Nutrition & Performance Program\, Casey also provides outreach to Mammoth School District Athletics and the wider Eastern Sierra community.\n\n \n\nCasey enjoys training and participating in marathons and triathlons\, running\, skiing\, and spending time with her family.\n\n \n\nCredentials & Certifications:\n\nRegistered Dietician\n\nAcademy for Nutrition and Diabetes Commission certified Registered Dietician\n\nBoard Certified Sport Specialized Dietician\n\nMaster's degree in Exercise Physiology specializing in endurance training and VO2max assessment - Michigan State University\n\nBachelor's degree in Food Systems Management and Dietetics - California State University Fresno\n\n\n\nEryn Coffey is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works from a Jungian based orientation\, using an integrative approach based around family systems theories\, person-centered therapy\, and cognitive behavior therapy. Her areas of expertise include family and couples therapy as well as child and adolescent psychotherapy. She has a passion for working with underserved communities\, children\, adolescents\, and families.\n\n \n\nEryn enjoys hiking\, backpacking\, mountaineering\, cross-country skiing\, and snowboarding with her family. Escaping into the quiet\, peacefulness of the backcountry and challenging herself to get there brings her more joy and solitude than any other experience.\n\n\n\nCredentials\, Certifications\, & Awards:\n\nMaster's in Counseling Psychology - Pacifica Graduate Institute\n\nBachelor's degree - University of Phoenix\n\nOutreach Concern Recognition Award 2015-2016\n\n\n\nJen McMahon was born and raised in the Eastern Sierra.  As the daughter of two physical therapists\, she has found great joy in joining the profession herself and giving back to the communities in which she was raised.  From this background\, she has seen and experienced the power of strong\, supportive communities and their ability to enact meaningful real world change.
