She is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT)   a distinction that sets her apart in the field   allowing her to treat the root causes of pain and mobility issues through hands-on techniques that restore function and balance.\n\n\n\nSara's work has taken her from local clinics to the world stage\, serving as the team physical therapist for the U.S. National Freeski and Alpine Teams\, including at the 2022 Beijing Olympics\, where her athletes credited her as the "backbone" of the team.\n\n\n\nToday\, Sara's passion is empowering women. Inspired by her own perimenopause journey\, she blends her manual therapy skills\, sports medicine expertise\, and strength and conditioning background to give women the tools to feel capable\, resilient\, and   as she calls it   StrongHer.
