DESCRIPTION:Zen Kids Yoga & Art program provides a fun\, safe environment where kids can move their bodies\, express their creativity\, and nurture their inner selves! Through yoga poses and breathing exercises\, they'll build a sense of calm and confidence\, followed by a chance to create a piece of artwork to take home. Each session requires a minimum of 2 participants to run\, with a maximum adult-to-child ratio of 1:5. Group sizes are capped at 10 children. Our teachers are CPR certified and have experience working with kids in school and camp settings. Please note that sessions may be canceled if there are no confirmed participants 24 hours in advance.
