Night Audit – Reservationist for busy Rental Agency

• Monitor emergency and guest service voicemails, respond to guests if possible
• Monitor Inbox for guest emails/VRBO type emails, overnight breezeways
  • Process Owner Reservations
  • Process Guest Reservations
• Reservation Processing: Late Deposits, Payments Batched Report
• Make envelopes for following day arrivals
• Make key packets for following day arrivals 
• Process next day arrivals: unsigned RA’s, check-in docs, run security deposits
• Inventory check
•  
• Qualities in the person: 
• Self-starter, proactive
• Responsible and can handle things under pressure or during emergencies
• Reliable
• Can work independently 
• Quick learner
