Kendra Knight is the Sustainability Coordinator for Mammoth Disposal and Bishop Waste. Kendra has always had a passion for nature and our environment. She started volunteering for environmental causes at age 10 and started her high school’s first recycling program at age 14. Kendra has always loved and appreciated art as well. At every opportunity she produces art for a purpose and up-cycles as much as possible. Her passion for nature; kayaking, birding, hiking, skiing, photography and art, led her to Mammoth Lakes 21 years ago. Prior to working as the Sustainability Coordinator Kendra was the Director for Mono Arts Council (MAC). After working for MAC Kendra decided she would love to work in the environmental sector. She was thrilled at the opportunity to work as the Sustainability Coordinator for our communities. Supporting the transformation and growth of our community is part of Kendra’s life’s purpose.
