The University of California White Mountain Research Center invites the public to a lecture. Benjamin Hatchett, PhD student at the University of Nevada, Reno will present a talk entitled: Upside Down Storms and Avalanche Hazard in the Sierra Nevada. Ben studies the climate dynamics (large-scale ocean-atmosphere interactions) that drive hydro climate variability in the Great Basin.
