The purpose of February's activity is to enhance self-awareness, self management, relationship skills, social awareness, and responsible decision making in order to resolve conflict, improve cooperation, and transform criticism and blame into compassionate connection. After a short meditation focused on communication, we will engage in a 4-step process to help us become great communicators and solve conflicts when they arise within our closest communities. We will complete our practice with a mindful listening community connection activity to create space for deeper understanding and communication. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams seeking to work through challenges in communication styles and conflict resolution in professional and personal contexts.
