The purpose of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness, self management, relationship skills, social awareness, and responsible decision making in order to build strength and stamina, increase energy, and enhance mind-body connection. After a short meditation focused on inclusion, we will engage in a mindful movement practice followed by a closing relaxation technique to focus scattered attention. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams seeking to create a greater inclusive impact within personal and professional contexts.
