The purpose of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness, social awareness, and responsible decision making in order to open the imagination and broaden ideas of possibility. After a short meditation focused on social justice, we will creatively express our visions for a more just community in the areas that resonate with us the most. We will close the practice with a focused relaxation to restore energy in the body and mind. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams seeking to imagine new realities and restore physical and mental energy related to social justice engagements.
