The purpose of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness and social awareness in order to cultivate connections between participants and the environment, as well as build and support self-esteem and self agency through sharing positive affirmations. After a short meditation focused on social justice, we will practice bringing meaningful closures to group encounters through reflection and aspirations. We will close the practice with a focused relaxation that interconnects all participants. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams seeking to increase physical and mental awareness within personal and professional contexts through uplifting acknowledgements.
