The purpose of this workshop is to enhance self-awareness and responsible decision-making by cultivating passion, inspiring action, and clarifying long term goals. After a short meditation focused on beginnings, we will visualize and take time to creatively express a vision of ourselves reaching our full potential in the upcoming season. We will complete our practice with a mindful listening tool to enhance community connection. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams to visualize new and different possibilities in the areas of personal and professional goals or intentions for the future.
