The purpose of this workshop is to enhance on self-awareness, self-management, and responsible decision making in order to expand perspective and inspire innovative action. After a short meditation focused on creativity, we will bring to mind an internal or external obstacle standing in the way of allowing us to fulfill an intention for ourselves. We will complete our practice with an energizing flow to transform the problems within our control. This activity is perfect for individuals, groups, or teams to reframe challenges, obstacles, or issues from the negative to the positive.
