Power Lunch: Management Training for Excellent Customer Service
We've moved up our March Power Lunch to bring managers, supervisors and business owners training in the peak season. Join us on Tuesday, March 6 for a presentation on managing/supervising to encourage excellence in customer service from Mammoth Mountain's Luis Villanueva.
Through his 30 years in high end hotels and hospitality positions, Luis has led and implemented training programs at Ritz-Carltons across the country and is an inspiring demonstration of the power of leading by example. His presentation will focus on three management topics:
