Women in Business: StrongHer to F.A.C.E Your Future
StrongHer To F.A.C.E. Your Future
Our next Women in Business event is all about strength, confidence, and longevity. Sara Chavez, owner of In Balance Physical Therapy, will lead “StrongHer – To F.A.C.E. Your Future”, an empowering session inspired by Vonda Wright’s book, Unbreakable.
Sara will break down the four keys to staying strong and independent for life: Flexibility, Agility/Aerobic fitness, Carrying a load, and Equilibrium. You’ll leave with practical, evidence-based strategies to move better, feel stronger, and approach the future with confidence — through perimenopause and beyond.
Come, mix and mingle (with nibbles and drinks) – and leave feeling StrongHer, together.
Places are LIMITED - register today.
About Sara Chavez, PT, MPT, CMPT, CSCS
With over 20 years of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine, Sara Chavez has built a career around helping people move better and live stronger. She is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) — a distinction that sets her apart in the field — allowing her to treat the root causes of pain and mobility issues through hands-on techniques that restore function and balance.
Sara’s work has taken her from local clinics to the world stage, serving as the team physical therapist for the U.S. National Freeski and Alpine Teams, including at the 2022 Beijing Olympics, where her athletes credited her as the “backbone” of the team.
Today, Sara’s passion is empowering women. Inspired by her own perimenopause journey, she blends her manual therapy skills, sports medicine expertise, and strength and conditioning background to give women the tools to feel capable, resilient, and — as she calls it — StrongHer.
