Eastern Sierra BRC Leadership Program Deadline to Apply August 29th

Are you ready to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact with your business and in our community? Our 5-month Leadership Development Program is designed to help business and community leaders like you deepen self-awareness, define how you want to be known as a leader, and master the skills needed to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Through interactive sessions, you'll learn how to:
• Build self-awareness as a leader
• Navigate difficult conversations with confidence
• Motivate and develop a high performing team
• Cultivate resilience in yourself and your organization
• Craft a long-term, sustainable vision and strategy

• 1:1 personalized leadership coaching
• A professional leadership assessment
• Connect and build lasting relationships with other local leaders

 

• Be currently serving in a leadership role — either formal (e.g., business owner, director or manager) or informal (e.g., project leader, community organizer, etc) in a local organization in Inyo or Mono County
• Be able to attend all program sessions (see dates below)
• Work in a context where you can apply your learning in real time (e.g., within an organization, business, nonprofit, or community initiative)
