His background includes work as a Geotechnical Engineer abroad in the country of Norway and also in Alaska for the Cook Inlet Pipeline Company. His experience with LADWP includes working as a designer and manager of the Geotechnical Engineering Group, and as a manager in the Water Engineering and Technical group in the Project Management Office, where he was responsible for the project delivery of several large infrastructure projects that include water treatment, trunk line and mainline, and dams and reservoirs.
When he is not in the office you can surely find him in the Owens River or any body of water that has ample fly fishing opportunities.
Kim Analcerio is the Program Director for Mammoth Lakes Recreation. She grew up visiting Mammoth with her family and in 2014 finally moved to the Eastern Sierra full time. Kim's work history has guided her through a variety of experiences in outdoor recreation related jobs – teaching, guiding, logistics, field research, grant writing, and program development. Kim’s education includes a BS in Recreation, Hospitality and Parks Management from California State University, Chico and a Master of Sustainable Business Planning for Eco/Adventure Tourism.
When she’s not busy keeping the MLR world running smoothly she can be found enjoying all kinds of outdoor adventures, especially skiing, snowboarding, backpacking and mountain biking.
Kendra Knight is the Sustainability Coordinator for Mammoth Disposal and Bishop Waste. Kendra has always had a passion for nature and our environment. She started volunteering for environmental causes at age 10 and started her high school’s first recycling program at age 14. Kendra has always loved and appreciated art as well. At every opportunity she produces art for a purpose and up-cycles as much as possible. Her passion for nature; kayaking, birding, hiking, skiing, photography and art, led her to Mammoth Lakes 21 years ago. Prior to working as the Sustainability Coordinator Kendra was the Director for Mono Arts Council (MAC). After working for MAC Kendra decided she would love to work in the environmental sector. She was thrilled at the opportunity to work as the Sustainability Coordinator for our communities. Supporting the transformation and growth of our community is part of Kendra’s life’s purpose.
Pam Close-Bold is the Executive Director of the High Sierra Energy Foundation (HSEF), a nonprofit with a mission to promote energy efficiency and sustainability in the Eastern Sierra. Pam moved to the area in 2005 and started working for HSEF in 2015, after a longer than anticipated hiatus from the workforce, while raising two active boys and doing extensive volunteer work. Pam has a Bachelor’s of Science degree from San Diego State University, in a field she never worked one day in, and spent her early career at early-stage startup technology companies. She couldn’t be happier that she found her way to a role that allows her to have a positive impact on people and the environment.
When she’s not being an energy nerd, she’s probably mountain biking, backpacking, Nordic skiing or walking her crazy little dog, Zero.
