Stand-Up Paddle Yoga at Silver Lake
Connect to your wild thing under Horsetail Falls and Carson Peak when you enjoy a Stand-Up Paddle Yoga session with Y.E.S Yoga Eastern Sierra at Silver Lake on the June Lake Loop. We prepare all your SUPyoga and safety supplies prior to your arrival! You show up, get out, do yoga, and be free!
Registration required to attend.
Each 90 minute Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) Yoga session includes:
- Intro to Paddle Technique
- Warm Up Paddle Tour of Silver Lake
- SUPyoga Gentle Flow for Strength & Balance
- SUPboard, Paddle, Leash
- Lifevest, Drybag, Sunglass String
- Anchor System to Stay in Place during Practice!

$250 per privately scheduled session (groups up to 5 people)
Availability for privately scheduled SUPyoga sessions includes Mon - Friday, Sunday mornings.
