Women in Business: Individual Development Plan

Deb Radcliff, Chief Marketing Officer for 5.11 Tactical and Owner of Side Door Wine Bar & Cafe, joins Women in Business to lead a workshop on Individual Development Plans. In order to grow both personally and professionally, it is helpful to analyze strengths and opportunities to reach short and long term goals.

Once you register, you will receive an IDP document that we encourage you to review and complete prior to attending the meeting.

About Deb Radcliff
After spending over 30 years in the retail business, Deb and her husband Ryan moved to Mammoth to take advantage of the mountain lifestyle they have come to love. In 2019, they purchased The Side Door Wine Bar and Café, after being patrons since it opened in 2005. Their extensive experience and background in merchandising, marketing, promotions, event planning, inventory analysis and technology, along with their passion for wine made this an exceptional opportunity to take an existing wine bar and grow the business into a flourishing, profitable retail wine shop and café.
 
Deb is a marketing executive and board member proven in directing and enhancing regional, national and global marketing functions for corporate entities like The Home Depot, Sports Authority, West Marine and is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at 5.11, Inc, a global leader of technical apparel, footwear and gear for tactical professionals and outdoor enthusiasts.
 
She has a “roll up the sleeves” mentality and has managed all different levels and personalities throughout her career. She is an inspirational leader who is known for her strengths in mentoring and guiding teams and individuals to become successful throughout their career journeys.
