Zen Kids Yoga & Art Camp
Zen Kids Yoga & Art Camp offers a fun safe space for kids to move their bodies, express their minds, and nourish their spirits!
Kids will learn yoga postures and breathing techniques aimed to strengthen a sense of calm and confidence.
The camp will also include a fun art project, interactive games, and a healthy snack. No experience necessary!
Zen Kids & Art Camp is offered for children ages 6-10.
July 15-17th, July 22-24, and July 29-31st from 12:30-4:30 pm. Cost is $220/session.
