Job Title:                 Eastern Sierra Branch Manager
Location:                 Mammoth Lakes and Bishop, CA
Employment Type:  Full-Time (40 hours)
Salary Range:          $80,000-$120,000

Additional Compensation:

  • This position includes eligibility for quarterly incentives and employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Oak Valley Community Bank also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer match, paid time off, and other voluntary benefits. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

What You'll Do
As the Eastern Sierra Branch Manager, you will:
  • Lead and support operations across our Mammoth Lakes and Bishop locations.
  • Drive growth in deposits, consumer and business relationships, and lending opportunities.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop branch employees to achieve exceptional service and performance results.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, business owners, and community partners.
  • Represent Oak Valley Community Bank through local organizations, networking events, and community involvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer-first service.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, bank policies, and operational standards.
  • Monitor branch performance, profitability, and achievement of strategic goals.
  • Support lending conversations and relationship management activities.
  • Create an environment where employees feel engaged, valued, and empowered to grow.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Current banking professional with progressive leadership experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience within a financial institution.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, sales management, lending, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven success developing employees and building high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow customer relationships and business results.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly between branch locations.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced banking leadership experience managing multiple locations.
  • Experience with business development, commercial relationship building, and financial technology solutions.
