As a CSR, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients’ financial needs are met with precision, care, and a smile. In this position, you will be responsible for receiving and verifying checks and cash for deposit, ensuring all checks have proper endorsements, and conducting precise cash transactions. Your proficiency with technology will be essential as you input customer transactions into our computer system, providing digital receipts that make our clients feel valued and well-served.

But that’s not all! As a Financial Guardian, you’ll place holds on accounts when needed, safeguarding our financial ecosystem. You’ll also assist the Customer Service Manager in managing branch cash supply, ensuring smooth operations.

As a Service Ambassador, you’ll promote our products and services, educate clients on cashier’s checks, pre-paid cards, and deposit products, and master the art of automated teller machines. Your communication skills will shine as you answer calls and direct callers to the right team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
