Outreach Coordinator

Job Title: Valentine Eastern Sierra Reserve Outreach Coordinator with the Natural Reserve System

Summary of Job Details:
Serves as Outreach Coordinator for the UCSB Valentine Eastern Sierra Reserves. Manages and coordinates Reserve outreach and volunteer activities. Provides support for fundraising and special events and donor related communications. Assists with public communication and updates website and social media accounts, newsletters and announcements.

Required Qualifications:
• 1-3 years Customer service or administrative experience
• 1-3 years Experience with operations at a remote field site

Special Conditions of Employment
• Satisfactory criminal history background check
• Mandated reporting requirements of Child Abuse
• Required to hold a valid driver's license, have a driving record that is in accordance with local policies and procedures, and/or enroll in the California Employer Pull Notice Program.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends to facilitate events or other outreach activities.

Hiring/Budgeted Salary or Hourly Range: $28.82/hr.

Salary or Hourly Range: The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is $28.82/hr.

Full Salary Range: $25.38 to $35.97/hr.
