Maintenance Tech
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and to support overall quality of our large and quickly growing portfolio of vacation homes.
Details for Maintenance Technician:
· Pay: $20/hr-$24/hr + Mileage Reimbursement!
· Paid Weekly
· Temp-to-hire | Full-time
· Work On-Call for Emergencies
Duties for Maintenance Technician:
· Travel between worksites daily to complete maintenance tasks
· Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and trash removal
· Respond promptly to guest and host maintenance issues and emergencies
· Troubleshoot appliances, cable/wifi, basic HVAC, and light plumbing
· Maintain communication with management, team members, and hosts
· Provide excellent customer service to guests and hosts
· Track and document maintenance activities and completed repairs
· Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors for specialized work
· Support colleagues with cross-coverage for urgent needs
· Attend required team and individual meetings
· Adapt to changing priorities and additional duties as needed
· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
· Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous maintenance experience preferred
· Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
· Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and clean driving record
· Reliable vehicle and ability to drive in snow
· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle heavy objects
· Ability to climb ladders and work in varied conditions
