Location: Mammoth Lakes, CA       
 Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Full Time / Part Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines general maintenance duties with the operation of a snowcat vehicle to transport guests and their luggage to and from cabins in snowy conditions. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, hands-on maintenance experience, and proficiency in operating snowcats or similar heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a snowcat to safely escort guests and their luggage to designated cabins.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and vehicles.
• Conduct snow removal and trail maintenance as needed.
• Ensure all equipment, including the snowcat, is in safe and working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests during transportation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in general maintenance tasks (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Experience operating snowcats or similar heavy machinery in snowy or mountainous terrain.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in cold, snowy conditions.

• Prior experience in hospitality or guest services.
