Details for?Quality Control Inspector?position:
- $20-24/ Hour + Mileage Reimbursement!
- Travel to various rental properties, which includes the ability to drive in different weather conditions
- Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
- Weekly Pay
Job Duties for ?Quality Control Inspector:
- Drive in snow and maintain reliable transportation
- Inspect rental properties for cleanliness, safety, and overall quality
- Check for repairs, damages, and proper functionality of amenities
- Verify stocking of toiletries, kitchen items, and other essentials
- Document damages, missing items, and maintenance needs
- Report non-conformities to hosts or property managers
- Coordinate with cleaning crews, maintenance staff, and vendors
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records
- Provide feedback to hosts to improve property standards
- Confirm safety features such as smoke detectors and locks are operational
- Follow all policies and procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications and Desired Skills for ?Quality Control Inspector:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to safely drive in snow
- Previous experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow inspection checklists and provide feedback confidently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with inspection tools, reporting software, or apps
