· Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Duties for?Cook | Line Cook:

· Prepare and cook menu items using standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality

· Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace

· Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation standards

· Assist with inventory tracking, stock management, and reporting shortages

· Operate and train others on kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, slicers, and blenders

· Monitor cooking times and coordinate with team members to ensure timely food service

· Maintain proper portion sizes and presentation standards

· Support team communication and workflow during food preparation and service

· Complete closing or checkout lists when supervisor is unavailable

· Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals

· Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for?Cook | Line Cook:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous cooking experience preferred

· Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

· Positive, professional attitude when assisting guests or team members

· Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30-50 lbs during the shift

· Ability to stand for duration of shift

· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach
