Job Duties for?Housekeeping | Houseman:

· Bring our vision to life by partnering with the housekeeping team to maintain linens and towels

· Share our passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, nurturing a vibrant company culture, and building strong community connections

· Sort, wash, and dry linens while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

· Keep laundry facilities, equipment, and storage areas organized and well-maintained

· Remove torn or stained linens for discard and ensure quality standards are met

· Maintain complete knowledge of proper equipment use and upkeep

· Follow procedures for handling, cleaning, and disposing of hazardous materials in compliance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards

· Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly

· Follow all policies and safety procedures in place

· Completes any other related tasks as needed

Qualifications and Desired Skills for?Housekeeping | Houseman:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Previous related experience preferred but not required

· Understanding of proper cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and housekeeping equipment use

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

· Ability to stand and move for extended periods during the work shift

· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

· Regularly required to walk, talk, see, and hear while performing job duties

· Able to walk or stand for 90% or more of an 8-hour shift

· Frequently required to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs

· Must have close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, along with the ability to adjust focus

· Exposure to both indoor and outdoor environments

· Work environment may include moderate to loud noise and frequent use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
