Job Duties for?Steward | Prep Cook:?

· Clean, scrape, and store dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and trays per management direction

· Set up and maintain dishwashing station including assembly, water tanks, and heating elements

· Keep kitchen, equipment, floors, walls, storage areas, trash, and docks clean and organized

· Assist with food deliveries, storage, and basic prep tasks following chef specifications

· Disassemble, clean, and reassemble dishwasher at shift end

· Post safety signs during wet floor cleaning and follow chemical handling procedures

· Report equipment, food, or area issues to Chef or Sous Chef

· Complete daily prep lists to support service readiness

· Completes?any other related tasks as needed?

Qualifications?and Desired Skills?for?Steward | Prep Cook:?

· High school diploma or equivalent?

· Previous cooking experience preferred?

· Self-motivated with strong attention to detail?

· Positive, professional attitude when assisting guests or team members?

· Able to stand, walk, bend, and?lift up?to?30-50?lbs?during the shift?

· Ability to stand for duration of shift?

· Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach?
