Ribbon Cutting: Bird & The Biscuit
ALL ARE WELCOME to join us at the official Ribbon Cutting of BIRD AND THE BISCUIT on Thursday, March 26, 2026, from 4–5pm.
The newest restaurant in Mammoth Lakes is Bird and the Biscuit. It's Southern-inspired, fast-casual, and centered around made-from-scratch biscuits baked fresh daily. Founded by Brandon and Theresa Brocia, alongside chefs Ryan Bock and Nate Johnson, the concept brings together experienced local restaurateurs to offer approachable, high-quality breakfast and lunch options.
The menu focuses on simple, high-quality comfort food favorites—biscuit sandwiches, trios biscuits with housemade jams, biscuits and gravy, fried chicken and catfish, Southern banana pudding, and classic sides. Their concept emphasizes scratch-made ingredients and affordability, a streamlined menu, and a community-oriented feel, Bird and the Biscuit offers a casual, satisfying alternative to higher-priced dining.
Come hungry, leave happy, and find comfort in Bird and the Biscuit.
