Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Mammoth Lakes, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Salary Range: $18.00- $24.04 per hour (good-faith estimate upon hire)
Additional Compensation:

  • This position includes eligibility for quarterly incentives and employees may be considered for annual performance-based salary increases; eligibility and amount are determined by individual performance and business needs.
Total Compensation: In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for quarterly incentive compensation, including performance-based salary increases. Oak Valley Community Bank also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement savings with employer match, paid time off, and other voluntary benefits. Final compensation will be based on skills experience, and internal equity.

What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative (Teller), you will be the friendly face customers see when they visit our branch. You will help create an outstanding banking experience while developing expertise in financial services.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Building relationships with customers and providing exceptional service
  • Answering questions and helping customers find the products and services that best meet their needs.
  • Resolving customer concerns with professionalism and care
  • Supporting branch goals through teamwork and collaboration
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance and safeguarding customer information
What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong cash handling and numerical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Banking or financial services experience
  • Familiarity with banking systems and technology
  • Bilingual communication skills
