We are seeking Fine Dining Servers and Support to provide our guests with a truly exceptional dining experience.

Who we are looking for: experienced (or willing to learn), professional, talented, and driven servers and support who are passionate about providing excellent service, and who may be looking to build careers in hospitality.

Our unique location on the picturesque shore of Mono Lake, just at the back gate of Yosemite National Park, offers an inspiring and adventurous work environment. Easily accessible from the Bay Area and Southern California, this position is a perfect opportunity for those seeking a change of scenery, yet still within reach of larger metropolitan cities.

Benefits include: starting hourly wage of $20, plus tips, food and beverage, advanced wine & beverage training and tastings, and travel and luxury dining for long-term invested crew members.

 
Qualifications for this position:

  • quick thinking and agility (both physically and mentally)
  • problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and a polite, friendly attitude
  • empathy, teamwork skills, and enjoyment in working with like-minded individuals
  • general knowledge of fine dining standards or a willingness to learn
  • general knowledge of beverages and wine; experience in fine dining bartending or craft cocktails is a bonus
  • ability to maintain a high level of knowledge about our food and beverage menus
  • ServSafe certification
Fine Dining Server/Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional fine dining service to guests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of wine pairings and cocktail preparation to enhance the dining experience.
  • Adhere to ServSafe practices to ensure food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Utilize learned skills to serve beverages according to guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service timing and maintain a seamless dining experience.
