Job Duties for?Hotel Public Areas Attendant:? 

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned public areas according to hotel standards 

  • Ensure restrooms, hallways, and common spaces are stocked and spotless at all times 

  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed 

  • Maintain cleanliness of employee areas including break rooms, locker rooms, and service corridors? 

  • Welcome and greet guest 

  • Respond promptly to guest requests or housekeeping calls 

  • Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost and found items to management 

  • Replenish supplies and maintain cleaning equipment in good working order 
    Follow safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals 

  • Completes any other related tasks as needed?

Qualifications and Desired Skills for?Hotel Public Areas Attendant:? 

  • High school diploma or equivalent? 

  • Must be able to speak and understand English? 

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience helpful, but not required? 

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail? 

  • Positive, professional attitude when assisting guests or team members? 

  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs during the shift? 

  • Ability to stand for duration of shift? 

  • Ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist and reach?
